This expansive 2,700 square foot home is designed for both relaxation and socializing. The newly renovated main living area is bathed in natural light and features large viewing windows, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a layout perfect for chill time. For those needing to stay connected, there is a height-adjustable work station and a large smart TV for movie nights. The sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, with the main bedroom featuring a sunrise-facing slider and a new luxury king bed, while the second bedroom offers a new luxury queen bed. Two full bathrooms are located on the main level, one with a shower and tub and the other with a walk-in shower. Additional versatility is found on the lower level, which includes a half bath, two trundle beds, a ping pong table, a gaming TV area, and a game table for four.

The outdoor spaces are truly special. A deck provides scenic views and dining for six, while an elevated outdoor firepit gives the feeling of being on top of the world. A separate patio offers another spot for chilling and grilling with a provided propane grill.

Located in Empire, Michigan, the property offers a close-to-nature vibe in a park-like setting. You can explore Alligator Hill right out the back door, or take a five-minute drive to the famous Dune Climb, Glen Haven beach, and the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail. The Narrows marina and a public boat launch on Little Glen Lake are just a short walk away, while Glen Arbor and Lake Michigan are only 2.5 miles down the road. Please note that while there is no direct lake access, a DNR boat ramp is just steps away.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (Max 2 dogs) with an additional fee. Dogs must be leashed at all times and cannot be left unattended in the home.
• Age Requirement: All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Parking: Includes a garage for gear (bikes, kayaks, paddleboards) and paved parking for a boat trailer. Please be aware the driveway is very steep.
• Winter Access: Snow removal is provided for snowfalls of 3+ inches; 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended.
• Fees: A $69 damage waiver fee is required (covers accidental damage up to $600). A non-refundable credit card processing fee applies to all reservations.
• Cleaning: A mid-stay clean is required for stays of 14 days or longer.
