The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the first bedroom, a full bed in the second, and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses in the third. The interior consists of 1,000 square feet of living space, featuring an open living, kitchen, and eating area. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes a new dishwasher for easy clean-up. The home is completed by a full bathroom with a convenient step-in shower.

Step outside to enjoy the outdoor amenities, which are open year-round. You can relax on the large deck, gather around the fire pit, or unwind in the hot tub while taking in the silence of the night sky. Inside, you can listen to a record, read a book, or watch Netflix to truly let go and unwind.

Located on a private road surrounded by forest, the property is perfectly positioned for adventure. You are only 10 minutes away from kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding on the Platte River and Lake Michigan, and within 20 minutes of the iconic Sleeping Bear Dunes and Empire Beach. Local breweries, distilleries, and wineries are all within 15 minutes, while cafes and restaurants in Honor, Beulah, and Benzonia are just a short drive away. For those who love the outdoors, beautiful hiking trails through dunes and forests are just 10 minutes away.

• Security: One camera is located on the garage corner observing the driveway and parking spot
