Because this protected piece of property supports thriving local wildlife, guests can expect to see deer, rabbits, squirrels, and birds, and may even be lucky enough to spot an occasional bobcat.

The home is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is located at the back of the house, offering peaceful views looking out toward the lake and featuring a private en suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub. The guest bedroom is situated at the front of the home, with a second bathroom conveniently accessible from the hallway.

The heart of the home is an open-concept main living space, which includes a chef's kitchen with a long island, a dining table that seats six, and a living room with ample seating and a large TV.
