Important Guest Information: All guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, which will be verified after booking. A mandatory damage waiver fee of $69 applies to each stay, providing accidental damage coverage up to $600. Additional charges include a non-refundable credit card processing fee and pet fees for dogs (maximum 2 allowed). High chairs and pack-n-plays are available upon request for an additional charge. Stays of 14+ days require a mid-stay cleaning service. Pet owners must keep dogs leashed at all times, cannot leave barking dogs unattended, and must clean up after their pets. Extended stays may request optional mid-stay cleaning services.
