Important Guest Information: Please note that construction enhancement work is scheduled from November 1, 2024, through May 1, 2025, which may result in limited views and minor noise between 9 AM and 6 PM. Additionally, the Town of Hilton Head Island will conduct beach renourishment throughout 2025. Daily parking fees are $25 per vehicle (boats, RVs, and trailers not permitted). The resort operates cashless, and guests must be 21+ with valid credit card for damage deposit. Service animals are welcome, but pets are prohibited and will incur room recovery fees. This is a timeshare rental property, and guests may be approached about presentations but are not obligated to participate. Suite assignments cannot be guaranteed, and mobility-accessible units may be provided.
