Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, this property puts you directly on the sand. Please note that while beach chair and service rentals are not included, you may coordinate directly with Walton County Beach Services (the designated chair vendor) or Coastal Parasail for your beach needs.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is available for $35 per car per stay. Please be aware that pets are not welcome and smoking is strictly forbidden. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are prohibited. Additionally, guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone at all times. Violation of these rules may result in eviction without a refund.

Important Notice: One Seagrove Place will undergo significant property improvements starting after Labor Day 2026, with main construction beginning around November 1. Guests should expect elevated noise levels, the closure of the pool until early spring 2027, potential shifts in beach walkway access, and the unavailability of on-site bicycle rentals and storage. Parking restrictions may also apply during this period.
