• Pets are allowed; however, guests with severe animal allergies should be aware that this is a pet-friendly property.
• Off-limits areas include the neighbors' boardwalk, the lower-level mechanical/storage room, and the east storage shed.
• Winter travel: Due to a steep driveway, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle and/or winter tires are highly recommended during snowy or icy conditions. In some cases, parking at the top of the driveway and walking down may be necessary.
