We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. For all guests over the maximum limit there will be a $100 per person per night fine. Parties of any kind are illegal per local law. Any guest holding a party will be fined $1,500 for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws are not broken.

Due to local regulations and we are prohibiting parties, local guests are required to provide a valid ID and pay a $250 refundable deposit. For this policy, “local guests” means anyone residing within 50 miles of New Orleans. Guests between the ages of 18-20 are also required to provide a valid ID and pay a $100 refundable deposit

NON AIRBNB GUESTS ONLY are required to complete verification through SafeGuest and choose either a refundable security deposit of $500 or a much smaller non-refundable damage waiver. Verification must be completed before check-in. Failure to complete the SafeGuest verification prior to check-in will result in a mandatory $500 refundable security deposit.

Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. We kindly ask that you remain cognizant and respectful of our neighbors.

While early check-in / late checkout may be available for a small extra fee (used to cover the cost of an additional cleaner) this must be arranged by 9:00 PM the day before the early check-in or late check-out is needed. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. If the space is still occupied after this time without a prearranged late checkout, our team may need to enter the property to assist with removing your belongings. Should this be necessary and such belongings and required to be stored at our office, the late check out fee must be paid prior to retrieving them.

Smoking, vaping, burning incense/candles, or similar activities are strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $500 deodorization fee will be incurred should the need to employ professional deodorization is required to eliminate any such odors.

If the space is left excessively dirty, $100 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids of any kind will result in a biohazard cleanup charge of $500. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $500.

Do not hang or attach anything to walls or other painted surfaces with push pins, tape, etc. Any damage caused by such activities shall be charged to your account.

Please do not ship or send any packages or mail to the property, as we are unable to receive or store deliveries at the unit. Your host is not responsible for any packages or mail that are lost, misplaced, or delivered to the property, nor can we guarantee their return if they are delivered after your departure. If you need to receive an item during your stay, please message us in advance so we can help coordinate an appropriate delivery option.

For any items left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus the actual shipping cost to have them shipped back to you. Pickup of the items from our office during business hours shall be free of charge.

Pack n' Plays and high chairs are available upon request. Please be sure to reserve yours at least 24 hours prior to check-in so that it may be placed in the unit prior to your arrival.

There is a $750 flat fee for up to 3 nights of commercial photography and filming on the property. This fee shall be in addition to all other booking costs. A certificate of Insurance for all vendors must also be submitted prior to arriving at the property.

There is an electronic lock with a unique code only for you at the unit. If the lock fails and a physical key is provided during your stay, please return it to the lockbox upon check-out. Lost,  misplaced, or unreturned keys will incur a $250 fee to re-key the locks. Mailed-back keys cannot be accepted, as the locks must be re-keyed before the next guest for safety and security purposes.

While pets are allowed at this listing. They must be kenneled when left alone and should not disturb neighbors with barking or other behavior. Guests must clean up after pets outside. Pets should not be allowed on beds or furniture. There is a pet fee included in your booking. To view the pet fee, ensure your pet(s) are added to the reservation details prior to booking.

All charges are based on the actual cost, including labor and materials to remedy any issue. As such, the actual cost may vary from what is listed above, but receipt documentation will always be provided.
