The cottage is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 4 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, including a master bedroom and a second bedroom, equipped with 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. The layout is completed by 1 bathroom and a welcoming living room, ensuring a comfortable stay for your group.

While the interior provides a cozy atmosphere, the exterior offers a wealth of recreational opportunities. Guests can enjoy the fresh air from the enclosed porch or step directly onto the private docks located in front of the cottages. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, and mugs. To ensure a seamless start to your stay, coffee, linens, extra blankets, and pillows are provided. Please note that while bathroom towels are included, guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

• Cancellation Policy: 75% refund if canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival; 50% refund if canceled more than 7 days prior; 25% refund if canceled more than 2 days prior. No refund within 2 days of arrival. A 24-hour grace period for free cancellation applies if arrival is at least 7 days away.
