The cottage is designed for comfort and ease, featuring 2 bedrooms with a total of 2 beds—one queen and one double—and 1 bathroom. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, with a dedicated dining area that seats four. Inside, you will find a well-equipped space with provided linens, extra blankets and pillows, and coffee to start your mornings. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, mugs, and cups, while essential paper towels and toilet paper are provided for your convenience.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the lakeside experience is abundant. Guests have access to a variety of outdoor activities and community features, including:

• Private docks located directly in front of the cottages
• Access to kayaks, rowboats, and paddle boats
• Community fire pit and lakeside dining
• On-site swing set and basketball court
• Direct access to sandy shallows just feet from the door

Located just minutes off M-37, the property is a gateway to the Huron-Manistee National Forest. For those with children, tubing on the lake is a highlight, and a county park with a public boat launch is located just south of the cottages.

• Access: Details will be texted prior to arrival, and the host is available for questions and onsite assistance.

Cancellation Policy: 75% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival; 50% refund if cancelled more than 7 days prior; 25% refund if cancelled more than 2 days prior. No refund for cancellations within 2 days of arrival. A 24-hour free cancellation grace period applies if the arrival date is at least 7 days away at the time of booking.
