• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets are not allowed
• Late check-out (past 10:00 AM without prior approval) will incur a $50.00 charge; any stay exceeding 2 hours beyond check-out without approval will be charged the full daily room rate plus applicable taxes
• Keyless entry details are provided via email one week prior to arrival
• Parking registration must be completed through a provided Symliv link to generate a QR code for gate access; an amenity code for on-site access will also be included in check-in details
• Departure checklist: return furniture to original positions, turn off all lights and TVs, take out trash, remove all food from refrigerator and pantry, run the dishwasher, ensure all windows and doors are locked, collect all personal belongings, set A/C to 74°F (Auto), and pull all sheets and dirty towels into a pile on the bedroom floor
• Non-compliance with check-out requirements may result in a charge of no less than $100.00
• Any unused parking passes should be returned to the kitchen counter upon departure
