The guest room is equally inviting, furnished with a queen-size mattress and a brand-new queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa, accompanied by a 50" smart TV. This room has direct access to the second bathroom, which features a traditional shower-tub combo and double vanity, and is also accessible from the hallway for guest convenience.

Gather in the open living area, which boasts a large L-shaped sleeper sofa that converts into a queen bed, plus two bean bags for extra seating around a 70" smart TV. The clean, all-white kitchen is a chef's delight with light quartz countertops, ample cabinet space, and bar seating for four. A dining table provides additional seating for six, making it easy to share meals together. Outside, the 150 sq ft private patio offers views of the pool area and sparkling emerald waters, furnished with Adirondack chairs and a café-style dining table.

Guests enjoy access to two year-round heated swimming pools, tennis courts, a fully equipped gym, resort lakes with scenic walkways, a community fire pit, and a grilling area. You are also conveniently situated near The Commons Outdoor Mall and some of the finest restaurants and beach-side bars in the area.

Practical details include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Guests are provided with a covered, assigned parking spot. Please note that pets are not allowed, and all renters must be 25 years of age or older (except children accompanying adults), with a photo ID required upon request. A full-size side-by-side washer and dryer are available in the laundry room, where laundry pods, an iron, a mini-fridge, and basic beach gear are provided for your convenience.
