Guest is Required to Sign a Rental Agreement

Minimum Age of Primary Renter is 25 Years of Age, Primary Renter must be on site for duration of stay.

IF property allows pets, you must get approval to bring a pet and agree to the fee and rules listed at the end

*Wash dishes before check out time. *Take garbage out to designated bin. *Quiet hours 9pm-8am *Remove shoes if muddy or snowy. *No smoking/vaping in the house. If house smells like smoke or marijuana you will be charged a $200 additional clean fee. *Campfires: do NOT build campfire if too windy. Put out fires when done for the day. *No glass bottles by waterfront, on dock or in water. *Lifejackets must be worn on watercraft. *Stay within property lines. Trespassing on neighbors properties is not allowed *Follow the Good Neighbor Policy in the Guidebook

We do not permit any Airbnb Services or Experiences on this property including 3rd party bookings made through Airbnb Experiences platform.

Any guest who attempts to host or bring on Airbnb related service or Experience onto this premise without our prior written approval will have their reservation canceled immediately with no refund offered or issued.

Do take note here for Winter arrivals: WINTER: Warning-Ramp or steps may be slippery. Use handrail. Inquire about condition drives if driving a rear wheel drive car in the winter. We keep shoveling up as best we can but this is Michigan and sometimes you might need to push the shovel. Parking area will be cleared and you may be asked to move your vehicle. If it has snowed a lot and you need to leave with your vehicle and the drive has not been plowed, contact the host and it will be cleared as soon as possible. Please use salt or sand in a single path where you'll be walking. It's not necessary to salt the whole deck or ramp. You'll run out of salt.

PETS (If allowed) *Well-behaved pets are allowed for a fee of $25, per day, a maximum of 2 pets. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Please bring your own baggies to dispose of it. Do NOT allow pets on furniture and beds. Dogs should be leashed if they are not by your side when outdoors. DO NOT LET YOUR PETS IN NEIGHBORS YARDS.
Please be respectful of the neighboring yards and their well-being since your pets do not know them. If you need to leave your pet behind in the cottage, you may do so as long as they are in a crate and do not bark constantly while you're gone. No bathing pets in the tub or outside shower. Use an outdoor hose if needed (summer only). *You must communicate with the Host regarding any PETS before booking. *If you plan to break the pet rule about animals in the beds, please bring your own bedding, sheets, pillowcases, and comforter. (Or simply bring a throw cover if you think your pet will hang out on top of the bed.) *If you know your pet will jump on the FURNITURE then please bring your own throw blankets to protect the FURNITURE. We do not supply throws or additional linens for guests that have pets staying with them, extra fees will be charged if FURNITURE is damaged or needs upholstery cleaning. If you break the PET RULE for PETS ON BEDS and there is pet hair in linens, you will be charged the replacement fee for the bedding of $125.

BOATS: IF boats are allowed at the property, you need permission from the host You assume all risks in the water and on your boat. You must have bumpers on your boat in order to dock. You must meet the guidelines for boats on Lake. You are responsible for any damage done to the dock during your stay. If you see any damage as you arrive, notify host immediately so you are not charged for damages already existing.
