The Westin Kierland Villas shares all premium amenities with The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, creating an expansive luxury destination. Located within the exclusive Kierland community, guests enjoy easy access to Old Town Scottsdale's vibrant dining, shopping, and cultural attractions while surrounded by stunning views of McDowell Mountain Range, Camelback Mountain, Mummy Mountain, and Pinnacle Peak.

Important booking information: Service animals welcome, but pets prohibited with $500 recovery fee per violation. Daily parking fee of $25 per vehicle for rental reservations. Approximately $50 per night fully refundable deposit required. 25% cancellation fee applies regardless of cancellation timing. Stays shorter than 7 nights can only be booked 10 months in advance. Pool access at sister resort may be restricted during high demand periods. Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM, minimum age 18. Waterslide requires 42-inch minimum height per county regulations.
