Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A security deposit between $350 and $500 is required. Pets are allowed with prior approval (dogs only, max 2) and an additional fee of $375.00-$450.00 per pet; vaccination records must be provided. The minimum renter age is 25, and guests must be U.S. citizens with valid U.S. driver's licenses and auto insurance. A strict quiet time is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited.
