Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. An early check-in (3:00 PM) is available for a $20 fee. On-site laundry facilities are available for a $5 fee per load via Venmo or Cash App, subject to availability.

House Rules:

• Pets: Dogs under 20 lbs are welcome with a fee (ranging from $60 to $99 per stay). Please contact the host for larger dogs; unapproved pets incur a $250 fine.
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the building or on the patio; please smoke at least 10 feet away.
• No parties or gatherings are permitted on the premises.

Please note that this is a historic home over 100 years old, possessing a few unique "scars" of age. The unit features two windows with minimal sunlight. Due to city road construction, please follow the Pleasant Street Detour signs or your GPS to find the property.
