As a 200-year-old property, occasional mortar or brick dust may appear despite frequent cleaning, and occasional palmetto bugs or lizards (common in the South) may find their way inside. Construction is ongoing in the neighborhood through May 2025, which may cause noise during working hours. Neighborhood chickens and roosters may cause early morning sounds. The property features exterior security cameras and a Ring doorbell for safety.
