To ensure a soundless sleep, noise machines are provided in both the queen room and the loft area. For your comfort, the master bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning and heating unit, while a fan is available in the loft. Both sleeping areas also feature Sonos speakers for your auditory enjoyment.

The heart of the home is a light-filled living room, beautifully surrounded by windows on all sides to bring the outdoors in. Outside, you will find 500 square feet of decking perfect for relaxing, where you can hear the peaceful sounds of the falls. The property sits on a private 1-acre lot that is secluded on all sides and is professionally landscaped with a flagstone firepit.

Located within Tennessee's first tiny house gated community, Tiny Taj is situated at the very back of the development for extreme privacy. Guests have access to community areas featuring shared fire pits, and the home includes a private drive with parking located right outside the entrance. For those seeking adventure, the property is conveniently located near the trailhead to one of Tennessee's tallest waterfalls.

Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund of total booking charges is available if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date.
