This studio layout is designed for relaxation and efficiency, featuring 3 beds and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for up to 4 guests.

While the unit is a peaceful sanctuary, you have access to the wonderful facilities of The Village of South Walton. This mid-rise resort offers a variety of conveniences right on the first level:

• Fully equipped kitchenette
• Resort pool
• Laundry facilities
• Boutiques, shops, and restaurants
• Sundries and a candy store

Located in a paradise of Northwest Florida, you are just a short walk away from the award-winning communities of Rosemary and Alys Beaches. Guests can meander to Peddler's Pavilion to enjoy the seasonal nightly concert series. To get around like the locals, we recommend walking or biking; for those needing wheels, Good Pedals is a recommended rental service. The deeded beach access is a leisurely walk of approximately 6 to 7 minutes, or you can utilize the free shuttle ferry that operates daily from 9am to 5pm between March and October.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: This is not a pet-friendly property; a $300 fee applies for evidence of pets.
• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 23 or older and reside in the property during the stay; student groups are not permitted.
• Community Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited. No trailers, boats, golf carts, scooters, or Mokes are allowed within The Village community.
• Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am
• Wristbands: Required for guests 8+ to access the private beach, tram, and resort pools.
• Special Notice: A 7:00 PM curfew for unaccompanied minors under 18 is in effect from March 1 to April 19.
