Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation with a fee of $35 per car per stay. Smoking and pets are strictly forbidden. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Important Property Improvement Notice: Beginning October 1, 2026, One Seagrove Place will undergo renovations. The pool will be closed until early spring 2027, and guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Beach access may be temporarily rerouted to the public walkway, and on-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable. Personal bicycles must remain in vehicles and are not permitted inside the building.
