If any house rules below are broken, you will be asked to leave and fined a minimum of $300.

Please read our rules thoroughly to avoid any unwanted fines: 🐻 No Smoking of any kind inside the unit! 🐻 No signage or décor is permitted inside or outside of the unit. 🐻 Absolutely no glitter or confetti is permitted. 🐻 Pets are considered on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply. Evidence of non approved pets in the unit will result in additional fees. 🐻 No guests are allowed - besides the people listed on your reservation. 🐻 By booking with us, you are assuming responsibility for your entire party. 🐻 No parties are permitted 🐻 Parking – Guests agree to park according to the parking directions set at check in. 🐻 We know accidents happen, we ask if anything is damaged during your stay, you report to our team right away. Do keep in mind that if we are not able to save damaged items, the guest is financially responsible for replacing or repairing cost. 🐻 Please do not rearrange the furniture, take any items outside that are part of the interior décor. 🐻 Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am 🐻 No illegal drugs are permitted on site! Evidence of illegal drug use will result in immediate eviction. 🐻 Bear Hollow Retreat and UrbanNashville reserve the right to enter this unit in cases of maintenance emergencies or suspected security issues. 🐻 Most important, have wonderful time!
