Inside, you will find coastal interiors with a fresh, modern vibe. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, boasting quartz countertops, a stylish subway tile backsplash, and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew.

• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years old, personally check in, and remain on-site
• Vehicle Restrictions: No golf carts, slingshots, or off-roading vehicles authorized
• EV Charging: $150 fee applies (must be disclosed)
• Additional Fees: Parking is $25 per vehicle per 10 days; complex wristbands are $20 each per 7 days (ages 5+). These are separate fees paid at the welcome center.
