The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to ensure everyone has a place to rest: the master bedroom features 2 queen beds, bedroom 2 offers 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, bedroom 3 includes 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, and bedroom 4 provides 2 double beds. For added convenience, two full bathrooms are strategically situated on either side of the house.

The home is designed for gathering and relaxation, featuring a spacious entertainment area, a large kitchen for preparing group meals, and two huge porches that invite you to enjoy the fresh air. The property also boasts plenty of yard space for outdoor activities.

Step outside the front door and you are immediately at the beginning of the Mountain Goat Trail, the largest trail in town. After a day of exploring the scenic trails, you can finish your excursion right across the street at the historic High Point Restaurant, known for its fabulous food.

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests enjoy seamless 24/7 access via exterior doors equipped with keypad entry and unique codes assigned to each booking party. Please note that ladybugs are very common in this region; while housekeepers remove them during the cleaning process, they may return in large quantities during certain times of the year.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund (100%) of total booking charges is available if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
