Designed for relaxation and family gatherings, the home features a comfortable layout with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across four upstairs bedrooms: the first bedroom features a king bed, the second a queen bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms each provide twin bunk beds. The main level offers an open living area and the convenience of in-home laundry.

Step outside to embrace the lake breezes on the spacious deck or the screened-in porch, both of which provide ample seating for guests to unwind. While the cottage maintains a rustic yet charming old-school cabin feel, it is equipped with essential modern connectivity including internet and cable with HBO.

Located in Highland Park, one of Grand Haven's most treasured historic neighborhoods, the area's charm is unparalleled. You will find a collection of turn-of-the-20th century cottages situated in the dunes and hollow, all connected by an intricate latticework of wooden boardwalks. Beyond the neighborhood, you are only minutes away from the dining and attractions of downtown Grand Haven.

• Restrictions: No pets allowed
• Important Notes: This property does not have air conditioning. Guests will need to climb several flights of stairs to access the unit. The fireplace is not available for use.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if canceled within 24 hours of booking (at least 7 days before check-in) or if canceled 30 days or more in advance. A 50% refund is issued for cancellations between 7 and 30 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in, early departures, or delayed arrivals.
