The cottage features a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, along with a sofa bed in the living room perfect for relaxing or extra sleeping space. The well-equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and essential cookware and tableware. Unwind on the spacious private deck, or explore the beautiful grounds of the Bear Hollow property. Just steps away from the South Cumberland State Park Visitor's Center, the Paddington Cottage provides easy access to hiking trails like the Meadow Trail and Fiery Gizzard. The University of the South in Sewanee is just a 15-minute drive, and the renowned Caverns concert venue is also nearby. Enjoy complimentary WiFi, central air conditioning, and electric heating during your stay. While the cottage does not have an ice maker or dishwasher, we provide ice trays, dish soap, and a drying rack. Please note there is no central heating, but the electric fireplace and wall-mounted heater will keep you cozy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Canine companions are permitted with prior approval and a pet fee. We ask that you be mindful of the other homes, cabins, and event spaces on the property.
