This completely updated home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom featuring a large King sized bed, TV, and a luxurious master bath equipped with a double vanity, separate shower, walk-in closet, and a large jacuzzi tub. A second guest bedroom is furnished with a King bed and TV, making it perfect for children or additional guests. For extra capacity, the spacious living area includes a Queen sleeper sofa and a 65" TV, allowing the group to congregate comfortably. The home also features a well-equipped kitchen and a dedicated dining area for shared meals.

While there are no specific unit amenities listed, guests have access to the incredible resort facilities, including pool, pickleball, and tennis courts. The location offers the best of both worlds: the vibrant daytime activities and nightlife of neighboring Sandestin and Grand Boulevard to the west, and the quiet solitude of a nature preserve to the east. For dining, the resort area features Club Tiki's outdoor lounge and the award-winning Ocean Club, known for fine dining and live music on select evenings.

• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. During Spring Break, a minimum ratio of one person 25+ for every two persons under 25 is required.
• Parking: Garage access is restricted to vehicles under 6'5". Taller vehicles may park at The Summit for a daily fee.
• Important Note: As of May 22, 2026, guests no longer have access to Blue Dunes Grill and the lower level pool near the restaurant. Additionally, the resort is modernizing elevators, meaning one elevator may be out of service at a time.
