Early check-in may be possible on the day of arrival depending on availability; please coordinate with the local property manager the day before or the day of your arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly for dogs only. Up to 3 dogs are permitted, provided they are included on the reservation and the appropriate pet fee is paid. More than 3 dogs or any other types of pets are strictly prohibited.

- Smoking: There shall be no smoking of any kind inside the home! Smoking is only permitted outside at least 25 feet away from the house.
- Pets: Up to 2 dogs are permitted at the property. There is a $100 pet fee is bringing 1 or 2 dogs. Pets other than dogs or more than 2 dogs is strictly prohibited.
- Check-in / Check-out: To allow us to have the home properly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests, we ask that guests check-out by 11:00 AM and that new guests arrive after 4:00 PM. Check-out prior to 11:00 AM is particularly important as our cleaning personnel normally start cleaning the house promptly at 11:00 AM upon the day of check-out.
- Minimum Stay: Minimum stay requirements vary by day, but there is at least a 2-night minimum stay requirement.
- Towels / Linens: We provide bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for all guests as well as sheets for the beds, so guests do not need to bring their own. We do not provide beach towels though, so it is suggested that guests bring their own beach towels.
- Kitchen Supplies and Dining: We provide a good supply of cooking and dining utensils for guests to use. This includes a coffee maker, toaster, salt, pepper, and some basic condiments. Please do not eat in the bedrooms and please wash any dishes that have been used prior to departure.
- Outdoor Grilling: Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for leisure use only. Please move grill away from house before and after grill is in use to avoid fire or damage to house. Please clean the grill after use.
- Acceptable Guests: Only the number of guests noted in the reservation are allowed on the premises. The primary person listed on the reservation must also be present in person during the stay and they must be present as well at initial check-in.
- Parking: Parking for up to 2 cars is provided. More than 2 cars is prohibited.
- Furniture / Decor: Please do not rearrange furniture or decor.
- Candles: Please do not burn any candles in the home.
- Air Conditioning: Please note that the home does have window air conditioners in all 4 bedrooms. It does not have central air conditioning though.
- Parties / Events: Parties or events of any kind are prohibited without prior written approval from host.
- Weapons / Illegal Drugs: If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs or weapons of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Respect: This is the property owners home when they stay in the area, so please be respectful of the property like how you would treat your own and keep it clean before you leave.
  Please note that any violation of these rules will result in charges being made against the guest’s damage deposit as deemed appropriate by the host and/or, for serious offenses, immediate forfeiture of any remaining days and time on the reservation and removal from the property without any kind of financial refund.
