The interior balances functionality with a relaxed coastal feel, ensuring a welcoming environment for both short and extended stays.

As part of the Luau high-rise residence, guests enjoy access to a resort-style atmosphere. While specific general amenities are subject to seasonal availability, the property is known for its lagoon-style pool featuring a captivating grotto waterfall, a separate children's pool, and communal outdoor grilling areas. The pristine, sugar-white sand beaches of the Gulf are just a short walk away, and The Beach House restaurant and pool deck are conveniently located just across the street.

Situated within the exclusive gated Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, the location blends scenic coastal beauty with a full resort environment. Please be aware that phased exterior renovations are currently in progress at the Luau building; construction noise may occur between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
