The sleeping arrangements include one king-size captain’s berth and a second bedroom with a queen-size first mate’s bunk, complemented by two full baths for smooth sailing. The interior is defined by vaulted ceilings in the living and dining areas, creating an open and breezy space that is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the coast. Step outside onto the spacious south-facing balcony to enjoy a captain’s view of the rolling golf course, the calm waters of Stewart Lake, and a distant glimmer of the mighty Gulf.

While there are no individual unit amenities listed, the property provides access to shared laundry facilities (washer/dryer) between four units, which operate on quarters. For those looking to stay active, you will find pickleball courts and a refreshing pool located right behind the villa.
