Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation at a cost of $35 per car per stay; all vehicles must be registered to avoid towing. Pets are not welcome, and smoking is strictly forbidden. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Violation of these rules may result in eviction without a refund.

Important Property Improvement Notice: One Seagrove Place is undergoing a significant improvement project beginning October 1, 2026. Please be aware that the pool will be closed for renovation until early spring 2027. Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted to the adjacent public access. Additionally, on-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
