The dining table comfortably accommodates 6 guests, while the living room invites relaxation with leather recliners, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a 55” Smart TV.

Sleeping arrangements are generous and designed for quality rest. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a new ceiling fan, and a 42” Smart TV, complemented by a primary bathroom with a granite countertop double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed, a new ceiling fan, and a 32” TV, with access to a guest bathroom featuring a granite countertop vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Step outside to your first-floor walk-out patio and bonus fenced-in yard, perfect for endless summer nights and family recreations on the large grass area. Guests can enjoy the crystal green waters of the Gulf with two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella provided on the Islander Private Beach. Beach attendants are available from March 1 until October 31, 8am – 5pm, to enhance your coastal experience.
