While the condo provides a cozy sanctuary, the surrounding resort amenities elevate the experience:

Practical details for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age to book. This is a non-smoking property; a $500 penalty applies for smoking inside the unit. Pets are not allowed in this unit. Please be aware that a phased exterior renovation project is currently underway at the Luau building, which may result in equipment visibility and construction noise between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

At check-in, a physical card is required for incidental authorizations, with a $100 daily hold (up to $500) applied. Only golf carts registered with the Owner Association are permitted on resort grounds. Some amenities are seasonal and weather-dependent, and items like Pack ‘n Plays are available upon request for an additional fee.
