The home offers a spacious layout featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. All four bedrooms are located upstairs, including two rooms that offer scenic views of Crystal Lake. The sleeping arrangements consist of 4 beds, including two queen-size beds, one room with two twin beds, and a fourth bedroom featuring a trundle bed. For added convenience, one of the queen bedrooms includes a baby crib. The house provides two full bathrooms—one on each floor—to ensure comfort for larger groups.

Centennial House has been thoughtfully updated with a variety of new additions, including new flooring throughout the entire first floor and a large streaming television in the living room. The large kitchen is well-equipped with a newer refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot, complemented by a wide selection of cooking and dining utensils. The dining room comfortably seats up to 8 people.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy the front porch overlooking Benzie Blvd or relax on the newer back porch and in the lovely four-seasons room, both of which provide beautiful views of the sunset over Crystal Lake. The exterior also features a fully fenced-in yard and a backyard deck.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are strictly prohibited. The property is only available for tourists and non-work-related visits; work-related groups are not permitted. The primary booker must be present for the entire duration of the stay. This is a dog-friendly home allowing up to 3 dogs, provided they are on the reservation and the pet fee is paid. Other pets are prohibited.

Additional guidelines include: quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, no fish cleaning inside the house, and parking limited to the paved rear area or the street (no parking on grass). Please note the home does not have air conditioning, though portable fans are provided in all bedrooms. Guests are asked to wash and put away dishes and shut off the propane tank after grilling.
