For additional guests, there is an open-concept twin bunk alcove cleverly inset into the hallway with dedicated storage for suitcases, and a comfy queen-sized commercial sleeper sofa in the living area.

Experience a space designed for relaxation and convenience. The open floorplan living area includes a dedicated reading chair and a 55" Smart TV. The full kitchen is well-stocked with a suite of appliances, including a microwave, crock pot, blender, toaster, and griddle, complemented by both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The bathroom features a granite topped vanity and a combination tub and shower with a detachable showerhead for easy post-beach clean-ups.

Step through the French doors to a spacious L-shaped balcony where you can kick back in Adirondack chairs or eat al fresco at the table for four while watching breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. For those traveling with tiny travelers, a pack 'n play, high chair, and children's dining ware are provided free of charge.

• Rules: Noise ordinances begin at 10:00 PM sharp; parties and illegal activity are not permitted. A/C should not be set below 70 degrees.
