Please be advised that Beachside Two Phase 3 construction is scheduled from September 22, 2025, until the end of May 2026 on the east side of the condo tower. As this unit is located on the east side, guests may encounter demolition noise and the presence of workers on swing stages outside the windows. Additionally, the east side courtyard and portions of the upper parking garage will be closed during this time.
