To ensure a smooth visit, please note that check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please be aware that pets are not allowed on the premises. Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of a designated storage room and a small section of the basement. Cancellation policies are tiered: 96.50% of charges are refunded if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% if cancelled more than 14 days prior, and no refund is issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date.
