Designed for comfort and leisure, this unique property features a thoughtfully curated Country x Scandinavian white and bright color scheme that exudes comfort and urges guests to take it easy.

This spacious arrangement provides ample room for up to 14 guests, featuring 6 bedrooms with 6 beds and 5 bathrooms. The layout is spread across two floors, offering a blend of open-concept living and private retreats. On the second floor, you will find separate private bedrooms, including a King size bed and a Queen, with full baths accessible only through each bedroom. One room additionally offers a large walk-in closet and a spare Queen size-air mattress. The first floor boasts an open concept floor plan leading from the living room to a full kitchen, a half bath, and a private office equipped with a desk, chair, and a convertible couch bed.

Located north of Murfreesboro town square, the manor is outstandingly close to all central city activities. The city is ideally situated about 30 minutes southeast of Nashville and 90 minutes northwest of Chattanooga, offering a growing restaurant scene and friendly locals.

• Quiet hours before 9 am and after 10 pm ($500 fine)
• No fireworks ($3,000 fine and immediate eviction)
• No unauthorized parties ($1,000 fine and immediate eviction)
