The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, and all cooking basics. Guests have access to the entire house except for a locked owner storage area. Please note that all pets are strictly prohibited. The basement stairs are somewhat steep and tricky, which might be difficult for elderly individuals or young children to access. The small detached garage is not available for guest use.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in may be available if the property is ready - contact the local property manager the day before or day of arrival to inquire. Late check-outs are strictly prohibited due to structured cleaning schedules. Pricing is based on the number of guests, so please ensure your reservation reflects the correct guest count.
