About Property

Keep it simple at Lake Breeze Cottages, a peaceful and centrally-located getaway in Coloma, Michigan. This fun and unique property is designed for memory-making, offering a layout that is perfect for large families with older children or groups of friends who appreciate having their own private space while still enjoying communal areas.

This interesting property consists of four individual cottages situated on approximately one acre of green land with big shade trees. The layout provides a wonderful balance of privacy and togetherness: each cottage features its own bedroom(s), full bathroom, and full kitchen, while the group can gather in the main house family room or on the expansive outdoor deck.

Sleeping arrangements are distributed across the four units to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests with 6 bedrooms and 6 beds. Cottage A features a master bedroom with a King bed and a loft with four twin beds. Cottage B offers a luxury queen bed. Cottage C is a studio-style space with a queen bed. Cottage D includes a luxury queen bed in the master and a second bedroom with a trundle bed.

Outdoor living is a highlight here. A brand new 450 sq ft deck with a 10-person table and propane grill serves as the perfect gathering spot. The property also features multiple fire pits, picnic tables, hammocks, and plenty of yard games for entertainment.

Located in the quiet area of Hagar Shores, the property is perfectly positioned between Saint Joseph and South Haven. Guests have convenient access to the scenic Blue Star Highway (M-63), leading to free public beaches, state parks, and bike trails. For local convenience, a pizza and burger restaurant is walkable across the street, and a Dollar General is just a half-mile away.

While many parts of the cottages have been updated, the property retains the age and character of a classic lake retreat. It is a clean, comfortable, and affordable space that reserves the relaxed, quaint setting you yearn for when visiting the lake.
