The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom featuring a king bed and gorgeous gulf views, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. This thoughtful configuration ensures ample space for families and groups across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Located on the stunning Emerald Coast, the property is ideal for those who love long walks on sugar white beaches. The surrounding area offers convenient access to local favorites such as Whale's Tale and the Cabana Cafe at the Arial Dunes.

Practical information and house rules are strictly enforced to maintain a high-quality environment. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This unit operates on a Saturday-to-Saturday rental schedule, with a 5-night minimum requirement during Peak Summer, Spring Break, and Fall Break. Each guest receives up to 2 free parking passes; additional passes are available for $10 each, payable in cash upon arrival.

Majestic Sun is a strictly smoke-free environment. Smoking and chewing tobacco are prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pool decks, spa, and private balconies. Please be aware of strict Spring Break policies: we do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 and require one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We exclusively accept family vacations with no exceptions. Pets are not allowed.
