This thoughtfully designed two-story home is configured to maximize guest comfort, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a total capacity for 10 guests. The main floor is built for gathering, boasting a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dedicated coffee station featuring an espresso maker. Guests can relax in the sunny living room, which is appointed with a cozy seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a cool retro egg chair. A full bathroom is also conveniently located on the first floor.

Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements provide versatility for families and groups. The layout includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with one full bed. The fourth bedroom is a dedicated haven for younger guests or gamers, featuring one full-size bed and a bunk bed, complete with an Xbox and Roku TV. A second full bathroom serves the upper level.

Outside, the cottage sits on a wooded corner, ensuring a private and peaceful escape. The outdoor living space is designed for enjoyment, featuring a patio with a gas grill, dining table, and sitting area. Evenings are best spent at the beautiful fire pit or engaging in a variety of available yard games while surrounded by nature.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if cancelled within 24 hours of booking (at least 7 days before check-in) or 30 days before check-in. Cancellations between 7 and 30 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in, early departures, or delayed arrivals. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to avoid cancellation.
