For entertainment, the home includes a 60-inch flat-screen TV, cable, and a DVD player in the living area, with additional TVs in each bedroom. The bathrooms provide versatility, with one featuring a relaxing tub and the other a walk-in shower. Outside, an expanded Gulf-front balcony with comfortable furnishings allows you to soak in the panoramic coastal views and ocean breeze.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated directly on the beach in Santa Rosa Beach, guests have immediate access to the Gulf of Mexico. While the property is perfectly positioned for sun and sand, please note that beach chair and service rentals are not included; these are provided by Walton County Beach Services and Coastal Parasail.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is available for $35 per car per stay. Smoking and pets are strictly forbidden; pets found on the property are subject to immediate departure. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are prohibited, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Violations may lead to eviction without a refund.

Important Notice: One Seagrove Place will undergo significant property improvements starting after Labor Day 2026. Guests should expect construction noise during normal hours, the closure of the pool (expected reopening Spring 2027), shifted beach walkway access, and the unavailability of on-site bicycle rentals and storage. Bicycles are not permitted inside the building and must be stored in your vehicle.
