The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious king bed in the master suite, a versatile guest bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area for additional guests.

The interior has been meticulously updated to ensure a premium stay. Guests will appreciate the modern touch of granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms, along with stainless steel appliances installed in 2022. The condo feels fresh and updated with new paint throughout, new carpet, and updated bedding and drapes. For entertainment, the living area is equipped with a large 75-inch TV and a new console, paired with a new sofa and chair to maximize your comfort.

Practical Information: Check-in is available at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Each guest receives up to 2 free parking passes; additional passes are $10 each, payable in cash upon arrival. Please note that Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment, and smoking or chewing tobacco is prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pool decks, and balconies.

Strict Spring Break policies are in place: rentals are not available to anyone under the age of 25. We require at least one adult over 25 for every two people under 25, as we exclusively host family vacations. No exceptions.
