To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please note the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $40 per pet.

Strict guidelines are in place to maintain the property: no smoking is allowed on the property ($500 fine), and quiet hours are observed before 9:00 AM and after 10:00 PM ($500 fine). Fireworks are strictly prohibited ($3,000 fine and immediate eviction). Most importantly, there are no unauthorized parties allowed; violation of this rule will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and immediate eviction. Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked exterior utility closet.
