Valid picture ID is mandatory for check-in, with a $99 name change fee if modifications are needed after booking. The resort maintains a strict no-pet policy with a $500 room recovery fee per pet. Service animals performing work or tasks are welcome. Children 12 and under require adult supervision at all pool areas as no lifeguards are on duty. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
