GENERAL:

• Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance and in writing
• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles total unless otherwise stated in the listing. A golf cart, if associated with the property during the stay, counts as one of the allowed vehicles
• The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old unless other criteria are met and express permission is granted
• No smoking or vaping allowed. Smoke removal fee is $500. Smoke detection devices are installed at all properties
• No parties or events
• No loud or disruptive noise after 10:00 PM
• No unregistered guests are permitted, and occupancy may not exceed the maximum number of guests outlined in the listing
• Guests are responsible for replacing towels or linens damaged beyond normal use or deemed unsalvageable
• Swimming is not permitted in community lakes

PET POLICY (ONLY IF APPROVED IN WRITING AND AT PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES): Pets are not permitted on the property unless:

• Approved in advance and in writing and allowed under the property’s pet policy
• Written approval includes the acceptance of a booking where the accurate number of pets has been disclosed and the applicable pet fee has been paid If approved, approval is granted under the following conditions unless otherwise expressly permitted
• Guests are limited to one dog weighing 60 pounds or less
• The dog must be healthy and up to date on rabies and DHPP vaccinations based on guest confirmation
• The dog must be flea- and tick-free and current on preventative treatment
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the premises
• Dogs may not be left unattended inside the property unless crated
• Guests must use appropriate outdoor areas for pet relief and properly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
• Guests must provide a dog bed and crate
• Dogs are not permitted on guest beds at any time
• Evidence of pet soiling or damage to bedding, furniture, or the property may result in additional cleaning fees, replacement costs, or pest treatment charges
• Guests accept full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the pet during the stay and agree to reimburse any resulting costs

GOLF CART RULES (ONLY IF THE LISTING STATES A GOLF CART IS PROVIDED):

• Guests agree to comply with all operating rules, safety notices, and instructions posted on or inside the golf cart, in addition to all applicable rules and regulations enforced by the management company, resort security, Walton County, and the State of Florida
• Guests assume responsibility for the safe use, care, charging, and security of the golf cart during their stay
• Golf cart use is limited to registered guests of the property only
• Each operator must be at least 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
• Occupancy may not exceed the available seating and seatbelt capacity of the golf cart
• Golf carts must remain on designated cart paths and paved roads where golf carts are permitted, and may not be operated on roads with posted speed limits exceeding 35 mph
• The golf cart must remain at the leased premises overnight and may not be left at other locations
• The golf cart must be placed on the charger as needed throughout the stay and prior to departure
• Any damage, loss, towing, recovery, or repair costs resulting from misuse or negligence will be charged to the guest

LIABILITY WAIVER:

• Guests acknowledge that the use of amenities and equipment provided at the property, including golf carts where applicable, is at their own risk
• Guests accept full responsibility for supervising children and ensuring safe conduct for all members of their party
• Guests assume responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred by themselves or their guests during the stay
• By booking and/or staying at the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these rules and that they supplement the electronic rental agreement executed for the reservation
