For additional sleeping capacity, there are two king beds and a pullout sofa. Each bedroom is equipped with a ROKU TV, ensuring your favorite shows are always available. All two bathrooms are located on the upper level.

Downstairs, you will find a fantastic game and movie room, widely considered the best on the lake. This entertainment hub is packed with activities, including ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, and a trio of arcade games: Pacman, Golden Tee, and Buck Hunter. After a round of games, unwind by the 100" fireplace or enjoy a cinematic experience on the 85" TV featuring Sonos theatre surround sound. A convenient mini-fridge is available for quick refreshments. Please note that the game room is accessed through the garage and the stairs to the basement are steep, though outdoor garage access is also available.

While the home does not have direct water views, it features a private dock on an outlot, easily accessible via a short walk or a quick trip on the included 6-seater golf cart. The new double-decker dock is a paradise for water lovers, offering an upper deck for relaxing, a top jump gate, a lilypad for swimming, and included kayaks and paddleboards for exploration. The dockslip lift is configured for wake or v-bottom style boats. Be aware that from November to March, TVA water level drops may make the gangway steep and boat parking in the slip unavailable, though dock use remains possible.

Located in the quiet Dripping Springs neighborhood, you are just minutes away from downtown Winchester, Dry Creek Beach, and Twin Creeks Marina. A short drive will also take you to the famous Jack Daniel's Distillery for tours and tastings.
