• No parties or events allowed without express written permission of Marina Management. • No unregistered guests allowed. • No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside or on the balcony. • Up to 2 pets per stay allowed with payment of pet deposit. o Only domestic dogs or cats under 65 lbs allowed. o Any pet brought to the Lodge must be housebroken. o You must bring your own litter box for cats and remove such box and its contents at the end of your stay. o You must vacuum the Lodge premises and furniture at the end of your stay to remove pet hair (central vacuum provided). o Any pet found being unreasonably aggressive toward any other guest of the Marina (including other visiting pets) or excessively barking may result in your stay being ended early by us. o Leash your dog outside, if it cannot play nice with other people and animals. • Toddlers and children under 12 are welcome at the Lodge. However, due to proximity of the Lake and Marina operations to the Lodge, all minors should be closely supervised at all times to prevent drowning or other injury. The Lake Lemon Marina will accept no responsibility for any injuries to Lodge renters, guests, or their children or any loss to their personal property and you use the Lodge and the surrounding Lake and grounds at your own risk. • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms, bathrooms, or on couches; please eat and drink on dining room or other tables provided. • Please respect our neighbors and refrain from making any excessive noise and make no noise that would travel to surrounding homes after 10PM local time in any event. • Be aware that there are 2 thermostats controlling the temperatures in the Lodge unit. Please do not turn the Air Conditioning (“A/C”) below 71 degrees Fahrenheit at any time and do not turn the Heat above 69 degrees Fahrenheit at any time. Owner reserves the right to remotely control temperature should this be violated. Turn off the gas fireplace logs when not in use. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. Additional charges will be assessed for late check-outs and we may not accommodate, or require an additional for, any attempt at early check-in. • Please take extra care of your keys, codes, or any other credential given to you to enter the Lodge or Marina or access any amenity. Lost keys, codes, or other credentials will incur a replacement fee. Lock all doors when not occupying the Lodge premises. Return the Gate Access Card to the Marina Manual binder at the end of your stay (you will be charged $25 if it is missing or lost). • Please take care of the furnishings. Do not take any of our personal property provided in the Lodge. Any damage or loss to anything within the Lodge unit will be deducted from your security deposit. You must pay for damages or losses that exceed the security deposit. We reserve the right to prosecute for any property stolen from the Lodge. • Please don’t rearrange the furniture and put everything (consumables, kitchen utensils, remotes, games, books, etc.) back where you found it. • Please do your dishes. Do not put any dishes marked not dishwasher safe in the dishwasher and handwash such items. Otherwise, please use the dishwasher and do a final load of dishes right before checkout (you can leave clean dishes in dishwasher and on drying rack). • Please clean up after yourself and your pets. Messes, accidents, and any spills you or your pets make must be immediately cleaned-up. Any stains or other damage left will be charged against your security deposit. • Immediately clean, dry, and put back in place any bedding that becomes soiled during your stay (e.g., in a bedwetting or illness incident) and clean-up any stains to any mattress. Otherwise, your bedding can be left on the bed with normal use at the end of your stay. • All towels or other washcloths provided and used must be washed, dried, and put away at the end of your stay. However, you can leave a final clean load in the dryer provided. • Please take the trash out before you leave and deposit it in the dumpster provided on the Marina grounds. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United State Government, State of Indiana, Monroe County, local township, city, and Lake Lemon Conservancy District while on Marina and Lodge premises. • Park only in areas designated for Lodge renters. You must arrange for parking / docking of any watercraft you bring with Marina Management ahead of your stay. • You must follow all Marina rules, which are linked to in the Marina manual, while outside of the Lodge unit and on Marina grounds and you may not launch or use any watercraft on the Lake without permission (including payment of applicable rental, launch, or permit fees) from the Marina and following the rules applicable to such watercraft. • In general, be nice, have fun, and keep the place nice for the next family. We reserve the right to end anyone’s stay early and ban from the Lodge and Marina anyone who doesn’t follow these rules.
