Consequently, the dock is accessible by water only from Memorial Day through the end of September. During the low-water season, swimming off the dock is unavailable, though guests can still enjoy fishing, swimming, or using paddle boards at the water's edge. For added privacy, a fence separates the property from a road that runs between the home and a portion of the lake.

Location and convenience are paramount here. The home is situated at the beginning of a well-kept neighborhood, placing you just 5 minutes away from the local square in downtown Winchester and Twin Creeks Marina. For unbelievable convenience, a gas station and bait/tackle shop are located next door, reachable in less than 30 seconds on foot. Parking is readily available on both sides and behind the home.
