• Age Restriction: This property is NOT available for rent to guests under the age of 25. Adults under 25 must be accompanied by a parent.

• Snowbird Specials: Low monthly winter rates are available from November through February. Monthly rentals must start and end on the 1st of the month and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
